Homestyle Crabby Cheese Fries
Guest Post from my buddy at work Tony the A. How good do these look????
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- Old Bay Seasoning (season to taste)
- 8 to 10 ounce package of crab meat
In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix together milk, Worcestershire sauce, ground dry mustard, garlic and flour. Heat until almost boiling. Gradually stir in Cheddar cheese. Continue heating until all the cheese has melted. Add Old Bay Seasoning and Crabmeat. Stir until all is mixed in the cheese. Keep the mixture warm and either pour directly on the French fries or in a serving dip bowl.
Enjoy!
